Welcome to MH Mobile Auto & Carpet C.S.L.L.C, where we are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services tailored to meet your needs. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the standards and expectations governing our professional relationship. By engaging our services, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein. Our goal is to ensure a transparent, respectful, and efficient service experience for all parties involved. Please take a moment to review these terms carefully.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by MH Mobile Auto & Carpet C.S.L.L.C, a cleaning LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our services, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

2. Scope of Services

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

General cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping)
Bathroom and kitchen sanitation
Window cleaning
Deep cleaning services you aspire

Specific services will be detailed in the individual service agreement or invoice agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient cleaning process, Clients agree to:

Provide access to the premises at the scheduled time
Remove fragile or valuable items from cleaning areas
Inform us of any specific cleaning instructions or areas of concern

4. Payment Terms

Rates: Our standard rates are $43.75ph minimum $175 rate very by inspection.

Payment Methods: We accept ZELLE,Cash ,Venmo, PayPal, Check & direct deposit.
Payment Due: Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Late Fees: A late fee of 18% will be applied to overdue invoices.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule services.
Fees: Cancellations made within 4 hours may incur a fee of $75

6. Liability and Insurance

We are fully insured and will take reasonable precautions to prevent damage to your property. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damages or conditions
Items left unattended or improperly secured
Losses due to natural disasters or unforeseen event
Ink-Stains
Premature damage & wear

7. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless MH Mobile Auto & Carpet Cleaning Service LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their own negligence or failure to meet their obligations under this Agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 24 hours notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
